In 2018, I graduated from the Swedish institute college of health sciences in New York City, NY where I received a associates degree in occupational studies.  I am also licensed in North Carolina for therapeutic massage and bodyworks.  In the years of my career, I have worked closely with chiropractors, physical therapists and acupuncturists.   I’ve worked on many clients to help reduce pain due to achilles tendinitis, migraine headaches, arthritis, low back pain, sciatica, SI joint issues, neck pain, frozen shoulder and TMJ.  I have also worked close with athletes in sports medicine, cupping and pre and post workouts. On a regular basis I take continuing education courses and training to keep my brain fresh of therapeutic experiences. My hobbies are writing poetry, exercising, cooking and baking.
